The CPI in October 2010 rose by 0.74 from the preceding month (rose by 0.81 less housing cost). Over the last 12 months the CPI rose by 3.3% (CPI less housing cost rose by 4.6%) while the change over the last 3 months is equivalent to an annual inflation of 4.0% (4.9% deflation less housing cost). In Iceland, the HICP fell by 0.13% in September from the preceding month but rose by 0.18% in the EEA.
